Pop the corks, we’re celebrating our first birthday. 

What began as a shared vision between Allison Knight and Chef Bryan Caswell became Latuli, an upscale neighborhood restaurant honoring Texas heritage and the flavors of the Gulf Coast. 

A massive undertaking conceptually, physically, and creatively, Latuli was a Memorial gamble that paid off for Houston. This year, we were named one of Texas Monthly’s 10 Best New Restaurants in Texas for 2026. 

We’ve created both culinary and social buzz, becoming a local fine dining staple recognized for our inventive menu, thoughtful wine list, and genuine hospitality. 

But we couldn’t have done it without you. 

Our guests not only fill our dining room each day; they fill our hearts. We are deeply grateful for your loyalty, patronage, and support.
